Rental
Acquisition Service
Retainer Fee: Payable upon
instruction prior to the start of the rental
search.
Duration of Search: The
initial sign up period is for three months
and can be renewed or cancelled at the end
of this period. Please bear in mind the
rental market is fast-moving and people
rarely need to renew.
Acquisition Fee: This is
one full months rent. But there is a minimum
amount payable which should be agreed prior
to the search commencing.
Fee Payable: Upon signing
of the Tenancy Agreement.
Property Purchase Service
Retainer Fee: Payable
on instruction prior to the start of the search.
Duration of Search: The initial
sign up period is 3 months and can be cancelled
or renewed after this time.
Acquisition Fee:
A percentage of the final purchase price which
is agreed prior to the
search commencing.
Fee Payable: Upon completion or 3
months after exchange of contracts.
Orientation
Days
A day/half day fee will be agreed upon depending
on the client’s requirements prior to
instruction.
Payable: Prior to start of
tour.
Additional Services
Any additional services required will be chargeable
on an hourly basis and agreed upon before
commencement of work.
The above Services and Fees cover the services
described on our website. However, we are
aware that every client has different requirements
and timescales. Therefore, we are prepared
to discuss provision for a tailor made service. |
