Step by Step Guide
to the Service
Following our initial consultation
we will proceed as follows:

search on your behalf. We will view
any potentially appropriate properties
and make a short list of those we feel
may of be interest to you. Where necessary,
and with the permission of the vendor,
we will take digital photographs and
email these to you. |

will arrange and accompany you to view
any properties from our shortlist. We
can collect you from railway station,
hotel or office in the Cambridge area.
At this stage we are happy to offer
our advice on value – giving examples
of comparable houses if possible, suitability
of location and an idea of potential
refurbishment costs.
If you feel we have found your ideal
property we still strongly recommend
a second viewing before making a final
decision. On this occasion if you need
any advice from builders or architects
we can arrange for them to meet with
us at the house. |

Schools |
| We are able to recommend
and provide information on a range of
schools in both the private and state
sectors and give advice on availability
of places. If pre-arranged we are able
to organise appointments on your behalf.
Likewise, if necessary we can put you
in touch with Educational Consultants. |

at all times on how the negotiations
